Top mount intercoolers are good for something...

So, while i was over sams this weekend we cooked some pizza and then needed to keep them warm while we worked hard whistle

'bay temps must be about 80ish I reckon, and the tmic will get to over 100 if you driving hard. I honestly reckon you could cook a bit of bacon on like a 20 minute drive! But as phil says, wrap it in tin foil first so you dont get bacon fat and raw food all over your engine bay :S lol

OK, couple of things..............

The TMIC's work fine as a cooler and are surprisingly efficient as long as you don't drive like a bell end all the time/aren't running silly boost...............

And just to clear up the other issue in here...........Lucas pump = FAIL

Petrol engines would be better for cooking food on as they're not as efficient as derv lumps and waste a lot more energy as heat
