I'll grab a gasket for a 2.1 exhaust manifold to work off, don't worry
just to clarify, the 2.1 XUD11 is the same engine, i.e 406 2.1 and the xantia?

Depends on the size you want, if you're wanting stud conversion with the Spacers/PCD adapters. and Obviously what thickness.

4x108 to 4x100 PCD adapters I can get it down to 12mm if i play with it, mod the bolts. unless 20mm is wanted that is. £40-50 ish posted Any pcd conversion spacers will be a stud conversion as standard made from alu, otherwise they will be thicker, Stainless/mild steel to to able to handle the drill and trapped holes for the bolts.

Indeed! making a set of 10, need to know if i should them 2" 2.25" 2.5" outside Dia on the pipe, i will make all the shells+flange and weld the pipe on to order.

I was playing around today with the pipe i am going to use, would people use/want anything like this on the end to help the seal? or just a straight pipe.
