I have managed to loosing all the bolts but torsion bar is siezed and to be honest I don't really know how to do it if any one had any pictures and could explain to me that would be great

Like others have said heat, hammer, sweat and swearing. Well that's how I did it anyway

I really want to have a go at a torsion bar, sounds like my kinda job! Heat and a hammer hasnt failed me yet for stuck things!
That and you gotta shout at it. It wont work if you dont shout at it.
Doesnt even own a 306.

I had to beat the trailing arms off my 306 with a sledgehammer. There was no other way for it!
