Yeah not too bad. Once long shaft is out unbolt the couple bolts which holds the speedo drive housing onto the gearbox and its pulls out....ideally replace to 2 O-Rings in there.

I think there are some pics in my project thread, had the same issue with speedo over reading - or i poss created another thread about it
