Go into your user CP and change it, you must be on the wrong time setting.

User CP > Edit Options > Date and time settings > Change drop down box to automatically set DST

Already done that, it was already set, and the time in the Options page says 4:21, but the time on the posts is an hour out. Oh well, I don't care!

The board time needed changing, but unfortunately as I don't live on here I'd not gotten around to changing it yet.
