Recently Ive had the brake warning light come on (the one that comes on when you apply the handbrake ( ! ) ) Now this usually indicates a low fluid level, but I have checked this and the level is fine. Also, if I turn the engine off and back on again, it disappears. Which just adds to the confusion?! I did have a though that its maybe the pad wear sensor wiring playing up, as when I fitted the pads I did away with the wires on the pads. Maybe the loom is being a dick? And does anyone actually know which light on the dash the pad level warning brings on? Or does anyone else know what brings on the ( ! ) light? Dicky handbrake switch?
Answers on a postcard, or this thread (would be more helpful in this thread)
