its more the older xbox's pre 2008 apparently as the cooling is crap.

ive had my xbox since 2005 and it still works (one of the original 20gb ones from release) did a towel trick a few times but still going strong.

you would have to be a total helm-shine to not use the install disc before the play disc..

I had orignal 20g but last year started to get glitchy so got it firmware and got the ex to buy me one for christmas... ive played it at christmas and now!

been reading online if anyone was stupid enough to install the xbox version through the "play" disc and not "install" you're going to have problems and game will potentially break people have been reporting total game failure / crashing / lack of frame rate / lack of detail / glitchy / laggy etc

also seen articles of this game killing xboxes.

Nobody has found out a way in yet as far as I can see. Looks like you might have to get 100% completion which will take an age and require a guide book.

It's frustrating not knowing though. Have you been to the top of the mountain to look at the cross-section map for yourself?

The special edition version map has the location of parts on it whenits under a black light, thats rather cool. I think that alot to do with the mountain. Might just be bollocks though and not actually have anything.

One of my mates said the exact same a few days ago and I could see it happening tbh.

I mean from a business point of view it makes sense and ensures the most profits, so you can't blame them in that respect, but it just fucks over the community as they know people are willing to pay for it. It's almost like they've been having meetings with EA's sales and marketing team...

I have indeed been to the top, I spotted the painting on the wall and was like "wtf is that" lol

I've yet to meet the character to unlock the 50 space ship parts part of the game, I'd say you have to collect all of them 1st, but that goes with out saying I suppose.

So ive seen when you get 100% and the space buggy thing a ufo appears ontop where it says "come back when your storys conplete" or something on mt chiliad.

Also theres a nudist camp on the west side of the mountain that shoot you unless you have all the parts.. I found this out lol.

there will be cracked 100% savegames onlnie anyway to upload to ps3/xbox so people will have access to this mountain thing soon enough

id like to see them do a complete boxset of ALL GTA games with some of the profits

including the original overhead ones from PS1 and HD remakes of GTA:III and VC.

Already available on PC, I think it cost me about £4 for the lot. Obviously it's missing GTA5 but I bought the bundle last year.
