Put a CD player into my car and now it stays on even when the car is off, have tried the different combinations with the red and yellow wires. Any ideas how to sort this? Thanks

Phew. For a second there I thought you were going to go into an in depth explanation of what the issue was, I don't think my brain could have handled that! Not that I'm calling you stupid or anything...

You wanna look for your live wires in the back of cd player mate. Mine did this basically your looking for a yellow wire and a yellow and red striped one just switch them over should do the trick
