For sale: Stainless Powerflow cat back
#1
Decided to ditch this as its been sat in the garage and i wont be using it again soon

Its a Powerflow stainless steel cat back with just the back box. Its got a 4 inch tip which fills the gap in the bumper pretty well.

I had it fitted to my gti and bought it from spike who had it fitted to his 1.6 with an adaptor that I've since butchered so won't be included.

I'll warn you that on a gti it was LOUD. It was pretty similar to running standard with no backbox on it. Was noise tested at fcs at 94db i think at 3.5k but it was louder both at idle and after 4k

Pictures in my project thread; if i remember when i get hone i'll put some in here it was in great condition when i took it off just a bit dirty and has been in the shed ever since

Open to sensible offers, ideally around 100

Don't fancy posting it but you might be able to convince me. Im in the ex14 area

Ball and flared? You mean at the cat? Mine just had a straight pipe for it to slot over
It did have a flared mount after the straight bit but seemed to seal fine will put up a couple of pics to show what i mean

The slightly smaller tube inside kept it tight and it butted up against the end of the cat alright and just covered it in exhaust paste, think it had a slight blow but was alright

No but seriously Ebay it I reckon you should see 100 notes out of it, advertise it as , gti, xsi,xs,DT,HDI and some chav will buy it off you and when you get emails say "is this for a hdi" just reply "yes it will fit" which isn't a lie. although it isn't suited it will fit lol
