Its not really the how to its more PITA of doing it on your own with the added factor of doing the bearing once im in there.
pretty desperate piggy as its my daily And its on the HDI chris. bearing is f*ck.

Jamie, a release bearing isn't like a wheel bearing mate, it literally just clips off and new one clips on the clutch fork, takes 30 seconds lol! The clutch itself takes about 10 mins (longer when you realise you've put the centre plate in backwards and have to take it off again lol). What take the time is stripping everything to get to the 'box!
If you were near enough I'd give you a hand with it, bit far for me though. |
