My front passenger electric window stopped working yesterday. I narrowed the problem down to the operating cable as it has jumped off the bottom guide wheel
Has anyone had any success in repairing these items in situ as it seems extremely tight. Or is it worth removing from the door panel and then attempting a repair?
Cheers

FIXED.
Removed the regulator by disconnecting the cable drive from the motor and then released the two nuts which were holding the regulator to the inner panel. A bit of pulling about of the wire cable and and managed to get the cable back on to its jockey wheels and runners.
Reassembled everything and hey presto, a working electric window.

Good stuff, I'm thinking of taking mine a part and regreasing the cables as my NSF window is a bit slow in going up.
