I need to replace the pulley as it's slapping real bad, and the aux belt has many cracks in it.
Can I only get the pulley from Peugeot, or can I get it else where? Also, I need it by Tuesday. I read somewhere on here that someone said the one of a 307 is better, and do I only need the pulley, or is there bearing or something I need too?

If going for the 307 one it's just the pulley that you need.
I tried a fair few types now from OEM from the dealers and patten ones and the one thats lasted the longest was a cheap one from GSF. Sorry I can't remember what the make was as it was over 4 years ago when I replaced it last.
The pulleys are available from Eurocarparts as well and it's best the replace the belt at the same time as it's been know to take the cam belt out if it goes.

Do you know off the top of your head how much the belt and 307 pulley costs from Peugeot?
The parts manager hates me, specially when I was asking for bits for the intercooler set up. Every question was too much of an effort for him aha

Sorry to revive the thread, but the standard double damped pulley is 162x30 diameter, and the single damped is 158x30, is it still definatly OK to use?

It's fine the extra 4mm can be taken care of by the tensioners.

That's got me thinking actually, how much speed does the alternator need to excite? A smaller pulley means lower gearing, 4mm difference isn't enough to be noticeable or have any real effect.
However, one about 120mm diameter would knock ~25% off your belt speed and a corresponding amount off the drag on the drivetrain, no..? Would obviously reduce the current generated by the alternator and effort from the pas pump, but not enough to be detrimental i shouldn't think. At least, not if the alternator doesn't depend on reaching that speed to work properly.
