Ahh Richard "i'm not running a business it's just a hobby" PugPlus.
Steer clear. Shocking reputation, he may well have the parts but "his assistant who helps him not run a business" seems to make a lot of mistakes in sending the wrong items, or not sending them at all. One guy was waiting about 8 months for a gearbox or a refund and nothing was ever done.
Buy at your own risk, as Scott said, you may be successful. Personally after buying a couple of hubs off him that were explicitly stated as 16mm and receiving 18mm, then having "his friend" blamed, I won't go near the guy.
HMRC would have a field day too..
