Digging up an old thread but this is now one of the last 3 things that need repairing so I wanna sort it out

The switch lights up when depressed
The relay clicks when I press the switch

Can anyone tell me where the connections are for the window so that I can check if its getting power I can't see them anywhere

check the fuses as the heated mirrors are controled by the same relay and door looms break shorting and poping the fuse

The wiring connectors for the tailgate are actually under the roof lining near the back, might be a bad connection there somewhere.

Erm, follow the lines lol, they've gotta be at one end somewhere! Big Grin Its easy to see on SRowells as his had a new window, looks like they bent some of the metal to get to the copper ends.

Have you checked the loom from body to tailgate, the wires in there break all the time like the door looms

I can't see any splits on either side of the tailgate

My rear wiper and rear washer don't work either

The rubber boots wont be split, be the wires broken inside....

If the wiper dont work either, I would head for fuse or wiring in those looms
