Ok I was going a bit far saying diablo is fail, diablo can look nice sams diablo 1.8 for example looked stunning but for me its not a patch on a well polished cherry!
The thing is I can get quite obsessive with detailing my car (although you couldnt tell at the minute) and solid colour will always win over a metallic finish any day with me.
Metallics and pearls look good when polished up but also look ok when theyve been neglected too, solid colours look shocking when theyve not been cared for but a bit of elbow grease and they are stunning! Every time I polish a metallic or pearl I think, meh looks ok but with a solid the difference is night and day.
