I've just realised i've tried timed runs with a boot full of bull bars, tool box, car parts, a roof rack with a spare wheel, medi box, shovel, f*cking all sorts. Must be pulling a good 1400+kg including the driver.
Yeah i thought those times were a little slower than I hoped
Book figures appear to be unladen weight of around 1200kg, 0-60 14.1 seconds and top speed of 112mph. Yeah I think I blitzed that.
Makes 24psi by 2.5krpm, happy days. Actually peaks earlier than that if you mat it from 1500rpm or so, but the torkz just spins the wheels up

Does sound well that pellowe, the plasmas make it difficult to see whats going down. The GT20's dont appear to take long at all to come on full blow... Think i'll take a vid of 30-70 in 3rd now im running dumb boost but i time mine around 6 seconds with a change into 3rd gear, think i hit the mapped in rev limiter in 3rd at 4200 there, need to get my map tweeked again really but ive got to be happy with that on this set-up, the paddle clutch has definitely improved gear changes for me.
Wheres jonny....

Yeah mine really needs some tweaking but I might empty out the boot etc and go for another run tomorrow. Think I can probably scrape a couple more psi from it safely too.
For the weight it's lugging about at the minute, that's really not that bad I don't think, especially seen as it needs properly tuning. Might try one 2nd-3rd and a 3rd-4th too.

Get some close ups of the dials if you can?
Weight is a big killer in these cars i think, i can feel a massive difference once my tank is nearly empty compered to when its full.... Carnt wait to get mine gov modded so i can see what it can actually do.

Just timed the sedan at about 7 seconds 30-70. The 2.1 carries on pulling at that rate upto 100mph

Seems to feel alot quicker when im going though the gears but when i did this vid seems slow as fook, it is on a strong veg mix tho so that wont be helping.

Mine never threw rods or anything in 4-5years, took that abuse quite alot, but 5k+ is playing with fire in every way id say rods/hg lol

Just go to youtube and hit 'upload'....
You do need a gmail account though if you dont already have one. In my experience the photobucket videos never seem to work properly so you're better off with youtube...

Well theres your answer cj, every 10 degress drop in charge temp equates to something like a 3percent increase in power, at least with NA motors anyway

But the trade off there is that the rear end is a little slipperier due to lack of weight over the beam....
Anyway, dunno why you guys complain about lag on XUDs....this is lag...

not sure if its much cop
