Should be fine to run it on veg, not sure how you would add more fuel best to rip pump off and put a non ecu pump on

1. Con 67 is saying it has bern discused on here before. So go to google and search . "306oc.co.uk semi ecu bosch" or somthing like that.
2. It sounds like your 306 is leaking boost from a pipe some where so go over all your intake/intercooler pipe work loosen all joints push them back up together and retighten. As it will be a F'er trying to pin point where its leaking from

No it dosnt need remapping, as the ecu is controling the injection

for cold weather your gonna want to use a 50/50 mix of veg and diesel. problem with veg oil is that it has an uncontrolled water content so it gets really thick in the cold. regular fuel filter changes are needed too when running veg

why would you want a dump valve on a diesel? all it does is lose power. absolutely no gain on a diesel atall, just a boost leak

Yeah as ozone says dont put a dump valve on it thats just silly. Spend all this time getting extra power out of it to then add a dump valve and make the turbo laggy as f*ck

As far as im aware you can use any thing oil based, i.e veg, sunflower, rapeseed, if your really desperate old engine oil, gearbox oil etc lol the veg wont cause any damage to the engine what so ever, like i say in a morning its lumpy and idle up and down but thats cos the veg is thicker when cold once engine warms up it thins the veg oil out and runs fine smells like a chip pan lol

The small is fecking awfull lol.
Im sure if you ran any sort of mix i.e a bit of derv mixed in it would make a huge improvment to the cold idel.

yer when i run a mix for first time it did still have a bit of lumpy idle but no were near as bad, But im a tight git and with the saveing im makeing im more than happy to live with it being an arse on idle so i can save a few quid, the more money i save the more money going in to mods

sounds like you've caused an air lock. try bleeding it thoroughly and report back
or actually reading that again, i think youve taken the head off. hope you didnt drop anything that came out
