Decipher the clue to locate the treasure

one day they sign it themselves and chuck it in ya wheelie bin...the next you gota drive 40min to pick it up....if I wanted to pick it up I wpuld have done it in the first place!!!

I love it when they fail to write the reference number down well, so you go to the post office to pick up the package and find that they can't read it either; resulting in a 20 minute wait for them to decipher the code and find your package.
