Someone wants my old xud box. It would be for his 2.0 307 petrol (think they have the ew engine)..

Now, I *think* the BE xud box will fit the petrol ew engines.. But, does anyone have any idea how fukd the ratios would end up? Or if the actual box will fit?

dont really know much about 307, but things to investigate would be if it has a different clutch mechanism and if the gear linkages are the road type or cable.

If it does fit the ratios would be way out of the originals, much longer gears.

i use diesel gearboxes on high power petrol engine conversions on the minis as the longer ratios compensate for the smaller wheels
