    Hi everyone I'm new on here been building my 306 for this past couple of years and hopefully will be somewhere near done this year!!

Welcome to the forum Smile Interesting going for a smoothed look but keeping the square bumpers!

I have been painting it myself aswell as all the other bodywork, havent fnished painting it yet as thats only a base coat and its too cold to finish it just yet and got a bit more smoothing to do! Just fitted new wheels aswell which i'll put a pick up soon

Primer, spray gun and base coat was rattle can, just bought the 6ltrs of vauxhall arden blue paint to finish but that will be sprayed with gun not can!

i live in monkmoor, but my car is at my nans just waiting for a nice day to put my new engine in (206 gti)

134p but only coz its £200 off a mate with ecu, loom and box and cant afford a 180 at the mo, will pull better than my 1.6 8v anyway

Well if you currently have a 1.6 its going to take more than a day to put it in. Your going to need an XU sub frame engine mont gear linkage etc etc

That's interesting about the 206 engine. I've been waiting to see someone out one in a 306,though it it's a bit of a shame it's not the (not quite) 180bhp version

very true, wanted the 180 206 gti engine but for a 80,000miles 134 gti engine thats £200 its not badly priced!!! and theres always a bit of possible tuning!!
