What clutch would you recomend me to get and from wheredont want to spend massive amount if possible. And one more question is if i get rid of the middle box would i gain or lose power? If gain where can i get one to? Thanks Dan

Standard Valeo clutch is adequate enough for a stage 1 iirc. Might be worth upgrading now if your planning a stage 2 anytime soon though. Wink

Welcome along by the way. Smile

could either do a mid box to back box conversion (theres a guide in the guide section) or just have a bit of straight pipe welded in its place

here you go

Single mid-box on de-cat system is ok at stage 1 tune, but if you go for stage 2 the extra fuelling and boost does make them quite loud.

A great mod though, engine response is superb with just one straight through silencer. But if you consider how loud it is now with stage 1, it's probably 50% louder to the observer on the street with stage 2 and 20psi hehe...
Adding back another mid-box straight through section then gets it back to like stage 1 volume, but without costing too much in adding lag (maybe 20% more laggy I'd guess at, but still twice as good as a standard system!)

So just before you cut it up, if you are gonna go FMIC then probably try keep the mid-box, and replace the back box with a straight-through box (a mid-box from another HDi will do, as long as it's a straight through type)!
