i need the runners from a 3dr drivers seat. they literally just unbolt from the frame of the seat. anyone got some on a old tatty or broken seat? Really i only need the inner runner (nearest exhaust tunnel)

Fooby has some S16 seats he's never going to fit, I'm sure if you ask nicely you could have the frames off those and then when you take your seats out he can have the ones off that?
