Think the one matt in talking about is and OE cat with the interals taken out so it still has the box on it, cant imagen its as good as proper decat

Whats wrong with welding a bit of scaffolding or steel piping? Can always cut it out to put the CAT back on for MOT?

It's tempting... but as the MOT is only in October i don't want to have to chop it up to put it back on in a few months
haha.. true scott! I was originally going to have it as win-pipe wanted Heard back off the guy about mild steel ones and it's a no go he wants £115 for a stainless one as well.. i can't justify that amount of money for a bout a metre long bit of stainless

Can you not just cut it open and spoon the insides out like you did with the hdi?
