Opinions please!

Right, normally I don't ask for opinions, what with me being sexy as f*ck and a rock hard mad bastard, but I genuinely have a dilemma.

The estate needs a makeover and, true to my maverick style, i'm investing in some new round things for the motor, just in time for winter.

My decisions are...

XXR 522 in gold or satin black

OR

XXR 527, also in gold or satin black

Both are 16x8/8.25" ish, so the tyres I have will fit fine. They'll be offset ET0 so some crazy ass concaveity, especially with hub adapters as the wheels don't come in 4x108. Bolt on JDM arches are going on too, so yeah, fitment y0.

Arghhh dilemmas...

Hmm the 530's I can get imported from America for £500 all in, so not really much more than the 522's at £498 delivered from the UK.

ARGH SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!

Agree that black will make them disappear into the arches, even though they extend beyond them... Gunmetal would look sweet as.

Right so... turns out I really really want the 522's in gold. TBH i really wanted the 530's but they're crazy hard to get hold of, and tbh i've not seen any other 522's in the UK so i'm happy to get a set. Flat black would look mean but the gold's really caught my eye.

Hurry up and clear, stupid cheque! Thank you though Mr Taxman <3

Aw matt, throwing a spanner in the works! My argument is that.. while coloured wheels would be epic win, I want to enjoy a brand new set of wheels as they are until I get bored. Then when i'm bored I can paint them and not be bored for a while, just like I did with the Dare's Smile

Maybe we could fill the empty holes with paper maché or something?

Na seriously they won't really detract from how cool they will look. Still think there are a lot of big-spoked wheels out there which really suit the 306 shape...

Maybe, but i'm loading up the scene points for ridiculous offset and rarity, i'm happy with that haha.

Managed to find a set of hubcentric PCD adapters for £70 too, thank god! H&R want £150 per PAIR brand new!
