Pipe??

Can anyone tell me what this pipe is for and where does this end of it plug or go into

Is that not the connection to the bottom of the header tank for the cooling system............Black tank behind the at the top on the drivers side (where you put more water in)

Easy test, does your car have any water in it any more? or has it all pissed out onto the floor??

goes on the rad mate. is it ph1 rad (header tank on side) if so on the engine side of the rad in lower left it shud plug onto there
