that last shots epic, just feel the front end is lacking much definition, lights need to be bigger and chunkyer or something

Tbh I never used to like 306s then when time came to look for a new car I had £1500 burning a hole in my pocket and thought f*ck it, let's see what the fuss is about!

love it!
is there a conversion from 4 stud to 5? or did the later models come with 5 stud?
16-08-2012, 10:58 PM
That'll be a conversion. Looks sweet though! Always liked that colour on the coupes I actually think the twin exhausts suit them quite nicely!
17-08-2012, 06:11 AM
That looks Epic mate.
If u said x5 wheels on a 406 id say no. But seeing it done it really does work well
17-08-2012, 06:17 AM
I was goung to get a V6 coupe, but the insurance (admiral I think) wouldn't swap to it from my 306!
A turbocharged Saab was ok though
17-08-2012, 07:13 AM
That is awesome! I want one, nearly did buy a 406 last week. Wish I had now! lol

Looks beaut! TEAM CONROD SHITTING RALLYE!

Hmm....still don't like the front ends on these tbh.
The rims look better on this than the usual mk4 golf you see them on, still too big for me though.

Insurance costs are absurd for the Coupé but much of it is down to the cost of replacement parts from the dealership, particularly panels! £ra*e.99 Also, I thought these only ever came with the 2.2 HDi lump, 2.0 petrol (138 XSi engine) and the 3.0 V6? Not so keen on the example posted, looks over-wheeled TBH. Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

that is beautiful

Got the typical Peugeot wheel arch issue though, for some strage reason, it seems Peugeot cannot make a wheel arch fit a WHEEL...
Look at the rear arch and see at the lowest point of the bumper, then look at the gap from there to the wheel - you could fit a small family of immigrants in there... Just looks awkward... Dunno why... I love it, but there's something not *right* about it? |
