Apologies for the useless pictures but this wire is from the drivers side wheel arch, kinda looks like an earth but not sure what for, any help would be awesome.
What does this wire do?

Just checked haynes, side repeaters are powered by a white wire on ph1s

Quick way to check... does your side repeater work? If not then that wire needs fixing

it's not for a spare horn, they are supposed to have two, it's what makes the sound cut through . .
