Hey guys looking for a nice sounding backbox for a 1.4 meridian 306 local to st austell or cheap to send and anyone in st austell area who can lower it by the torsion bars as dont have a clue how to do it thanks

Get a cheap universal back box with baffles removed. Sounds awesome on the 1.4

Will it need welding on and would it pass mot with no baffles lol

You can buy a pipe to make it fit without welding. Depends on your mot station. I had one out of 3 say something but he said he ain't going to be a dick.

Ok ideal id prefer not to weld straight fit so much easier lol

just get a sportex back box and it will bolt straight on! saves the fiddling around and welding for a universal one!

Take a look on eBay at universal back boxes. I've found one for my 306 1.9 DT which I'm hoping to get for x-mas.

That's stupidly big for a 306. Keep it small about 3" will do
