I bet you probably noticed the difference in accents in Yorkshire when you were up here, north, south, east and west all have different accents :roll:

Bristol/Somerset is your typical Farmer "Ooo Arr where's my tratter"...
Devon is much of the same IMO... Cornwall has a ramble to it... "wasson, ee was ere wozzim, ah get on me burd, oh hell" etc... Usually with Bristol you can tell what they're on about, Cornish you can't....

Seriously, all the Bristollian accents I've ever heard I can tell pretty much exactly what they're said, just with a Vicky Pollard twang on top...
Cornish accent just sounds like mumbling...
