yesterday I tried to read out the unit again. None of the units was responding anymore.
Then I wanted to check the Sensors by measuring the resistance at the ABS plug. I removed it and saw that it was not the pinning I expected (found on the I-net).
I put back the plug and the error was gone (both lamps off) - hurray!
Seems like you were rigth with the plug. May be some corrosion I didn't see.
I fear it will come back, but I think I have to wait until it happens again.
I already ordered a new (used) block with the same control unit.
