Ive just had a good chat with Mark, the organiser of the show who has now confirmed our stand position. This year we are much more in the busy area as you can see by the poorly drawn screen shot below (Red is last years location, Yellow is this years)
[attachment=23184]
We are also on tarmac this year which is much nicer.
Now i have this location and a rough idea of size, we can begin to plan the stand layout so remember to get your prime position pics up as we will be deciding on the cars soon!

Will that be big enough? Oh and also, if anyone has space in their tent I could occupy, that would be amazing, im fully tent trained (see what I did there? ), funny and can fix any arguments you may have. Can get references

Yeah it will be enough. I think we will end up with 30-35 cars on stand. That line isn't the exact stand. Its difficult to draw out on a shitty image lol
Looking at what Mark has sent me, we have a fair bit more of the concrete area to the right

That does seem pretty small, there is like 7 cars at least just coming up in our group maybe more. From south west

You really don't need to worry. Spaces are allocated by tickets bought and can still change. We have been allocated space for 55 cars and I reckon we will have no more than 35 so honestly don't need to worry.

Like I say I haven't marked up all of our stand. It extends onto the concrete to the right further than I have marked

I've got a two man tent and don't mind going top to toe mate. Not sure if I'm down for Friday night and Saturday or just Saturday tho yet. Depends with work.
Also that spot looks good, am I right in thinking its opposite where the cars enter the track?

Correct. The building to the bottom of our stand is where you sign on for track

That is an absolute prime spot Niall, well done for sorting us out. The area you have marked out looks like 7 cars wide by 3 cars deep but if it's going to be wider we could have a pretty extensive front row.

Guys don't take the mark out on the map as gospel. I've just scribbled that on there to give a rough idea of where we are and the shape of our stand. I do have a slightly more accurate drawing from Mark but it's not high res so wouldn't of been any good to show you guys where we actually are

Just thought id put this on here as Ginge asked last night where camping is and i thought a few more may be curious if they have never been to FCS before
Orange is our stand, Purple is the camping area and green is the route you will take into the camping area. Thankfully we don't have to cue in the morning to get back out onto the road to re enter at the show entrance however i will be asking that if anyone is arriving on the Friday night, if you don't need things from your car, we will park them up on stand so we can just walk around on the Saturday morning in a drunken manner. Don't forget, once you're in camping you can't really move your car and you can't sleep in it so its not really any use in the very limited camping parking
