Probably yes, hunter alignment machines are a garage's wet dream, they're super accurate and they can spit out numbers that can look really nasty, but realistically, everything is rubber mounted etc. The numbers it spits out can be affected simply by whether you hit a bump in the road on the drive to the workshop. You could probably fix that by undoing the top strut bolts and giving the assembly a wiggle if you're super worried, but honestly, I wouldn't worry for the sake of 1 degree!
