Keep your eyes out on ebay for replacement injectors.
You can buy them individually new for not all that much in comparison to a refurb... End of the day a refurb with new components - i.e. a remanufactured (not just chucking it in a tester and seeing if the computer says no) will be best part of £70 an injector, a nozzle itself is best part of £50 anyway, let alone seals, calibrators etc, that doesn't take into account the price of said injector.

Although in honesty, you're not gonna see any sort of improvement worth arsing around with if it's only done 100k. I've seen improvements changing injectors on engines that have done 200k...
