I have an old Whit/BS spanner that is a good fit on drain plugs so I guess it must be 7/16 W; 1/2 BSF.
I only use it if some previous chimp has gorilla'd it on Smile

Smile I found it doing a bit of research on old tools cos my bro just moved from a 200 year old farm and i got a few bits and bobs from the workshop!
The farm he just left was built next to the ruins of the farm where William Wallace was captured!
Sadly its getting demolished for kit homes Sad
