Is anyone teetotal?

Those are dates which will indeed be better with alcohol in your system, and if I were you I would be drinking - but I would question whether you're doing it out of boredom half the time if your doing it most nights of the week. Having a big blow out once twice or a few times a month I think most people need, but to be going to the pub ever night would make me wonder if you've got other stuff to do at home/social/girlfriend and if you're dependent on your friends down the pub who are influencing you. If they suddenly quit drinking and started playing poker every night I'm sure you would too.

Truth be told mate, part of it is the fact that I don't have many mates that aren't big drinkers so that's kind of the only time I see my mates. Lived in the same area all my life so pretty much still the same mates I've had since primary school, most of them are tradesmen, and a lot are rugby players like me, and rugby is very much a drinkers sport.

I get very bored in the house. If I'm in with the missus, I try playing xbox or watching telly but boredom takes hold, and we end up going out, even just for a drive, because we both hate being indoors. Its why I'm getting a caravan to be honest.

We do have a poker night once a month, but that's another pub game...
