The dearest part of an exhaust like this in terms of the components would normally be the sports cat as even trade pay over £100 for a good 40g + loaded one, which seems a bit of a waste on an older diesel. From the turbo elbow back really shouldn't be any more than £300 all in built and fitted as you really only need one small silencer in the system even with a decat. Most custom centres can weld cat heatshields around a section of your exhaust. This allows it to pass the visual inspection on the mot without any interference in the exhaust flow.
