Refuse to have sex with her until she's given up. Tell her the thought and smell of smoke on her repulses her.
Also make sure that you tell her that because she has forced you to give up sex, you must get your end away elsewhere. That will get you one of two places. A girlfriend who doesn't smoke or single. Win win!
