I'm trying to reset my dell Inspiron mini 1010 to factory's defaults, I've searched on numerous forums and sites and it says press Ctrl + f11 at the same time upon the dell menu when you first boot it up, however I have some this loads of times and it just doesn't work! Also tried pressing f8 upon startup and still nothing Sad

can anyone help?
