Missus & I went to Zante few years ago. We didn't do the obvious Laganas etc; we did a hotel further north up the coast. It was really nice; fairly busy with some good bars shops and some great restaurants, and we were closer to the nice beaches on the northern end of the island too which was pretty cool...
Personally I cba with the "lets go out all night every night and get wasted etc" thing; we went to chill and relax and just do our own thing a bit, so it suited us perfectly. I'd recommend it
Apart from that, no idea really! South of France is pretty nice; we're looking at doing that this year. We did a long weekend in Paris which was great!
It's a more expensive option, but have you thought about the States? There's so much to do there! I went out to build the fort lauderdale boat show a few years back, and between the build & breakdown my dad rented a Harley and we went all the way to Key West over a few days; that was an awesome experience!
