Ah yer forgot to mention that, they both somehow got loser. the little cup thing ontop of the strut where the bolts sits began to rattle so it looked like the nut had unwound itself

Have you replaced the nuts with nyloc nuts again?
If not you should do so, it will eliminate this.

Also, do not re-use nylocs. They are not as effective second time round.
