Ive been on VM since the days of blueyonder, only problem Ive ever had with them, is that when my mum died and all the bills were put into my name, except not virgin media (funny how all the other bills were changed with no problems...) and I only found out when the TV and internet stopped working... So when I phoned up to sort it out they pretty much denied all knowledge, so I had to start a new account, which was annoying because we previously had the XL TV package as a loyalty thingy, which they never transferred :/
