Towing a car with no MOT or Tax

Only needs insurance if it's going to a prebooked mot but we won't get away with driving 40 miles to a test.

Any car on the road needs insurance mate regardless of weather its being driven or its parked on the road outside and the insurance ran out while you were on holiday.

Sorry I meant it only needs insurance. Doesn't need mot and tax in that scenario.
