Me and my mate did this (peugeot 405 however) as long as you have the multiplex plugs/wiring for the td and you will need the bonnet liner for the intercooler and possibly have to mess with one of the driveshafts, and the clutch cable....(push to pull on the 405)....It was all straightforward spanner work, sat on the same engine mounts no problem. a world of difference performance wise!
