I hate phoning insurance companies too tbf, always takes way longer than i want it to.Bizarre about Flux, they've not been able to get close to Brentacre's price on any of my vehicles for years. And tbf i had a bad experience with them - they opened a claim on my behalf after i clearly and repeatedly told them not to and then failed to follow it up properly - caused all helll with my no-claims, first thing i knew was over six months later when they told me my renewal had tripled because i had a claim open. Meant i had to go with them for another year (because despite it being their mistake they refused to honour my no-claims if i switched insurers) during which time the service just bombed out - all sorts of paperwork mistakes, chronic selling of my details to injury lawyers/PPI companies etc, phone calls cut off after waiting half an hour, nit-picking over vehicle details when the mods haven't changed year on year, blah blah blah. Put me off for life tbh.
