no wonder it drives like shit, all that vacuum will make it run very lean when the electric solenoid opens at 1800 rpm.
FPR should be connected to the front of the inlet manifold, and the two actuators teed into that solenoid.

And the electric solenoid will connect with a T piece the 2 Actuators and a source of vacuum right ?
