In terms of LED, I buy from wherever is cheapest!! Some suggestions include the usual eBay, you can get some really cheap dimmable flush fitting 18w fixtures for £12. I also use screwfix, toolstation and cpc. After that I'm buying one off from ledhut etc which I've found via Google.
