I only have a 2007 copy of autodata, but the 05 on 1.8 tdci torque setting is 35Nm +45 degrees. clutch to flywheel is 29 Nm, front hub is 30 Nm + 90 degrees.

wheel bolts are 90 nm if gold nuts on steelies, 130nm if silver nuts on steelies, 130 nm on alloys apart from 110 nm on the locking nut.


Awesome cheers mate it's an 05 [emoji106] reckon I'd get away with stripping and cleaning the starter? Seems to be just sticking on a couple seconds after starting
