Mazz & I just bought a 2bed house with private carpark, a conservatory & small garden.

Mortgage is £345
Insurance: £24
Gas:£25-ish
Elec: £40-ish
Council Tax: £110-ish
Mazz's parents bought the tv license as a moving-in present so I dont know LOL
I think we pay about £18-25 for bt infinity & phone...

We do spend a fair bit on food though... I think we do about £150 a month
Still, for having our own place, its bloody awesomes Big Grin
