Rumble/shake/squeaky nois and feel - 306 Hdi V reg.

I thought it was coming from the passenger side rear wheel. I was worried that it could have been some thing breaking down on the rear beam but just haven't had the time to get it checked over...
I have checked the spare wheel and exhaust and there is no movement what so Provence blue - Fixer upper
 Mk3 306, 2.0 litre HDi
