Anyone in a similar position care to add a typical value to the things that silverzx listed?

Dan, I would like to stay at home because it's massive, the old folks don't care and there's even a spare room for the baby when it arrives, however I need to have the independence that most 23 year-olds have! So moving out is pretty much a given unless I'm really unlucky and lose my job.
